Hi all,

I've noticed that a lot of women (maybe men also?) join this site and are full of talk blah blah blah then swiftly (after a few days) delete their profile. What gives? I mean, do they decide it's not for them or get cold feet or is it just some sort of game they play? I guess each case is different but I'd be interested to know of any theory(ies) anyone has.

Mark

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

They sign up after a night on the lash, delete when they've sobered up.

Lots of people join under a different name cos it is very easy to do so give it out loud insult people on site then delete profile 'user no longer ... then come back on under normal name it happens quite a bit when one of three have an extra drink or five lol

Thanks for your feedback ladies.

Another theory is that some of them join and flirt with men, say they want to meet up (when actually they have no intention of doing so), then delete their account after a few days or so. I think it's known in the business as prick-teasing. Also, some of them may simply be fantasists.

little house on the praire

They join, and because they havent arranged and had a meet in the first 3 hours have a rant and rave that everyone is a timewaster then delete their profile in a huff.

Seriously, could be a number of reasons.

They could join out of curiosity, have a look around realize its not for them.

Come on with a lot of bravado then if they make contact with someone are scared shitless.

Fantazists

Come on to mischief make

Refer to the first one i mentioned.

Guess you would only get a proper reply if you tracked down all "users no longer on site" and asked them

They join and they receive a deluge of mail from the people who monitor the 'new females' icon akin to the the people who Q all night for the Harrods sale... once someone appears close enough to them, THE DOOR OPENS and the swoop begins.

The lady panics and leaves.

Or gets her ego stroked, deletes, rejoins and enjoys another deluge and on and on and on.

Or the man posing as the female bangs one out and deletes.

and a million other reasons.

A myriad of reasons and including all previously mentioned. Delete button clicked on deflation of hard on, men pretending to be women, etc etc.

The ones that make me laugh are the regular deleters and reappearers. Usually they have posted something in the forum, expecting affirmation and receiving the opposite, comments get nastier and bitchier. They then start a new thread picking up on someones comment on the first thread, trying to take the piss, or another forum member will start the new thread, trying to take the piss and the original poster will start up with the comments on there again, people will get banned, delete profiles, keep looking anonymously on forum, open new profile and start gunning for the people that first disagreed with them - circle of fabswingers life in a way.

Not that I'm a cynical person of course

I think some really mean it to start with, they get a bit of chat or message back, wank themselves silly at the thought of a meet, but then are either too empty or scared to actually meet , so delete their profile rather than face anyone they've been chatting with ! x

Don't underestimate how many fakes there are out there I have a site which will search images against the entire internet and if it gets matches (from other sites) it will list them, I have been using this to report all the fakes that look at us to the admins and fairplay the admins here are pretty good and they get deleted very quickly.

But yeah turn on your message on for "only verified users" it will cut down on these fakers big time, not all of them. How hard is it in this day and age to get photo verified ? not very if anyone has been on the site for longer than a week with loads of self pictures and isnt verified they are probably a fake.

Actually the real reason is that us hard working researchers at Sydney Uni invent them to counteract all the warnings on other profiles.

It's the only way we can gather special info for our theses.

We delete them to get back at those who are having fun & actually meeting other people...
