... how would it read ? Ours would say;

Semi-detached (or alternatively semi-attached). Many original features but very well maintained.

Well trimmed garden.

Charming property first conceived in the mid-60s, in need of a little TLC but in generally good condition throughout. Property comes with a fully thatched roof, and all of it's original features and is in good working order, although waterworks are in keeping with a property of it's age. South facing so provides maximum sunlight but does have a dark side too.

60’s monstrosity with cracking walls, creaking floors and leaking pipe work, and overgrown garden. Roof lacks insulation. Smells like the drains are blocked. Avoid like the plague.
