... how would it read ? Ours would say;
Semi-detached (or alternatively semi-attached). Many original features but very well maintained.
Well trimmed garden.
Viewing highly recommended.

Spacious mansion that is very low maintenance. Outwardly original, with a very quirky interior.
Both wings contain well padded rooms; sure to attract those in need of straight jackets.
Roofing is original but shows very little sign of aging.
The perfect place for weekend relaxation or a spontaneous party. |

This late 1960's detatched property has been on the market for quite some time. Fully modernised and recently rewired throughout.

Charming property first conceived in the mid-60s, in need of a little TLC but in generally good condition throughout. Property comes with a fully thatched roof, and all of it's original features and is in good working order, although waterworks are in keeping with a property of it's age. South facing so provides maximum sunlight but does have a dark side too. |

60’s monstrosity with cracking walls, creaking floors and leaking pipe work, and overgrown garden. Roof lacks insulation. Smells like the drains are blocked. Avoid like the plague. |

Seventy s build structurally strong but bit derilict on first apearence look past the rough aging exterior for some very original features and underlying potential
