As long as it is fresh lite in colour & doesn't smell then it is safe. If you are unsure you can always buy test strips if blood or protein is showing then they could have an infection. That from an ex-HC on a urology ward.

Don't know if I would go as far as to say it is sterile but don't believe it is harmful. At the end of the day you can drink it and it is only processed liquid that you have consumed so hardly likely to cause any issues.
I am not a medical professional but just going on observation and a bit of common sense. |

Like I have said in another thread on this subject; I have tried this several times to organise WS meets, but it is hard getting females to join in, last two group meets are typical - 7 men 4 women only 6 men turned up - basically a load of guys pissing in the wind - not what we wanted.
