How do people discuss other meets? when your meeting other couples do you name and shame or bad mouth other couples?
Recently we had an incidence when talking to a couple that they had been told something about us that we had no idea what they were talking about as we had actually never met this other couple for a play to be fair the couple we were meeting didn't let it stop them. However that's besides the point. do you name and shame or just put it down to experience and let other folks make up there own mind?

I used to be a member of a much smaller site where this happened a lot. We then met up for a huge social and it all kicked off. It ended in tears and was pretty horrible. If I do discuss other people I certainly don't mention their usernames and I would expect the same in return. |

Ive never bad mouthed a meet from here, but then ive never had a bad meet. Ive had guys who i see regularly say things like oh i got a strange message ect but never names. Some guys ive known for many years so i talk about stuff to them that i wouldnt to someone i just met |

I wouldn't name anyone no. I have chatted about other 'meets', and heard stories of other folks disasters lol! but would NEVER put a name to it, that would be mean, and ultimately would probably harm yer own 'prospects' if word got out.

We may have discussed funny situations or the more random things that have happened to us when we are playing but would never ever dream of naming anyone and would absolutely hate for anyone to be discussing us by name.
This couple hadn't even played with you which just makes it petty gossiping.
I grew up in a small town and gossip was always rife. My mum always said "If you haven't heard with your own ears or seen it with your own eyes, then don't invent it with small mind and spread it with your big mouth." |

We find, for the most part, that everyone we meet has something good about them. We've only had one 'bad' meet (and no, that wasn't you Tiggy!) - where a 'couple' clearly were not and they were distinctly odd - we may talk about them and even laugh about the whole experience but we have never named them. Of course you get to hear things about others in general chit chat but we prefer to make our own minds up and not be influenced by gossip - god knows what others say about us - and we don't really care! |

Phew Im glad it wasn't us lol. I feel that same it OK to talk about experiences both good and bad and some damn hilarious but would never name and shame would hate that if it were us.
