"After I recently found a work mate on here was wondering whether others have had the same do I mention it or ignore it?" ignore it just because someone you know is on here doesn't mean they would want to meet/play with you my opinion anyway it's to close to call x

Block. Better safe than sorry.
Bumping into someone in a club is different but I'd always avoid anything that could potentially cause problems online.
It's not as if there aren't 25,000+ other profiles.....

Not on this site but I deleted my account on another because my aunt and uncle had a couple profile, I came across it by mistake because there not local. It's not so much I'd be embarrassed that they knew what I got up to, I just didn't really want to see their photos pop up. |

"I work on the principal that what happens on fabs stays on fabs and is not mentioned in real life we are all entitled to our privacy"
Nice in theory.
Experience proves otherwise in many cases.
As I said earlier it's always better to be safe than sorry. Blocking saves a lot of potential issues.

I've come across a friends ex who I couldn't stand so I just blocked her.
Few of my friends are pretty open minded so wouldn't be surprised if I came across profiles they'd set up. I wouldn't mention anything about it to them though or message them. If they messaged me I would acknowledge them though most likely.
Discretion is always the key though for me. I live in a small city and work in the public sector so if i expect discretion from others got to reciprocate it. |

Yes, a female work colleague. I always had an inkling she fancied me. I messaged her and I was right.
A year as great FWB , still good friends now she's all loved up. |
