Its difficult on here mate.
3 weeks and the women havent fallen over themselves to break down your door.

I have been doing shockingly since I came back on here too.
What annoys me is how people want lengthy first messages.
When you dont know anything about them apart from maybe photos if they have any sensible ones, it is unreasonable to expect a long first message.
I send a face and body picture and say hello (also titling it whatever they have requested in the profile).
Because that is how conversations are supposed to start and they can decide if they are interested or not.
Anything else is just fake or cheesy. |

I messaged one woman recently saying that while I would normally try and pick up some cues from the profile text, hers was so short that I could only say "hello".
She replied that she didn't need to make an effort as she was female.

I made an effort on my profile so people can see if they like how I present myself. I view it more as an advert, and you go off that. I don't respond to messages like what you're describing at all, no matter what I think of the profile. |

That’s the sad thing about this site. Some people feel they don’t have to make any effort just because they get flooded with mail, even without no public/private pics on their profile.
Just keep persevering and you’ll get there. |
