Depends where you're shopping as sometimes when I buy a large it fits across the shoulders but the sleeves are too short.
And never buy large boxers online if they're coming from China - you'll end up with more crushed nuts than a cornetto.

I still don't know what you're asking. Do you want examples of who has a medium or large body? Are you unsure that average covers your body type on your profile?
Liking a medium or large body will depend on the body.
Honestly thought your profile pic was of a woman, soz.
