I think you have to consider That an orgasm is not the same thing as ejaculation, although the two most often occur together.
An orgasm is the climax of sexual arousal, or the release of built-up sexual tension that's felt throughout the body and this is more about mental stimulation. Ejaculation, on the other hand, involves the release of fluid that has collected during sexual activity and as such the physical activity.
The two often happen at the same time, but in some cases, a man can orgasm without ejaculating and ejaculate without orgasm.
