Yep put off, especially when they say they are definately single & have protected sex & it’s a recent pic they’ve put on.
When I was single (Lou) would have men who say yes use condom but literally when it came to putting it on changed their minds & wanted to go bb & tried to talk me into it, one bloke I was very lucky to get outta his house & I came off here for a good few years cos of it. |

Short answer? If a picture paints a thousand words 999 of them might not be the ones you assume. You might want to have a sensible chat with them about the pictures. Is he in a relationship with an FB with whom he is fluid bonded? If he doesn't know what being fluid bonded means, then there may well be issues, but it's a legitimate form of safe sex, and it's not the exclusive property of married couples.
It might be that they're porn stars on the side, and have seen each others test certificates, or...
You get my drift. No-one can tell you how to feel about something you see, but the old 80s prejudice about everything having to be done with a condom on is not going to survive in these days of PREP and alternative forms of risk management.

If a single man/woman has bareback photos & has safe sex listed as an interest, with no mention of having a fb that they are fluid bonded with, I'm not going out of my way to find out if that is the case.
That in itself displays a lack of self awareness & I don't need to be wasting my time deciphering them.

In fairness as a couple we do have bb 7 with each other . But if a single guy has bb pics on his profile it doesn't mean he must be unsafe it maybe that the only pics he has are of him with a previous relationship. But he could also just put pics if himself on his own up , we wouldnt dismiss him just for the pics ,

It wouldn't put me off because I wouldn't assume it was recent. If you're going to use protection with them anyway, does it really matter? Also just because there aren't any bareback pics on a profile doesn't mean they aren't doing it! |

I only really message women who have 'Safe sex' listed as an interest. If they have that *and* bareback pictures it puts doubts in my mind about whether I can believe them about playing safely. It's just not worth the risk. |

Curious as to the logic on that one. If men outnumber women on here say 30 to 1 (just a guess) how do you calculate that there would be more female profiles exhibiting such photographs than male profiles.
When you factor in the fact that it could only apply to photos that contained a man, it does not need a women as it could be two men, how on earth do you come to the conclusion that more women than men would have photos containing scenes of unprotected sex.
I must be overlooking something....even if you were just as likely to see women having unprotected sex as men (but remember in this scenario a woman needs a man but a man does not need a woman) the fact that there are so many more men than women on fab I just don't get your logic. |

Surely there’s nothing to stop you from insisting they were a condom if they play with you OP?
I always have a condom within reach to ensure that one is worn as it’s as much my responsibility as it is theirs. Only issue I have is what size to use. |

However a recently added picture does not mean a recently taken picture. Remember the date is the date it was added to fab and not the date it was taken. It could have been taken years ago when in a relationship or even when married.....but if they claim its a recent picture then I see your point. |

I generally do not like pictures of people having sex unless its a couple profile. As singles I think the pictures should be of you and not other people. I think nothing of couples having unprotected sex as that is only natural.
If other singles do bareback that is their business but I confess I was not interested in a man who had pictures of himself having sex bareback. Partly because of the BB and partly because I thought the pictures were tasteless.
I would never use a condom for oral sex as what's the point. No enjoyment in that at all and I give oral for my enjoyment not the man's. |

In all honesty, I see most meets as potential barebackers, regardless if I see pics on their profile or not. I don't know when those pics were taken and I'm in charge of my own sexual health.
