Regardless of the sex posting a pic, it will ask you who is in the picture, such as a male, male and female etc. There is no rule saying you have to show your own face either if someone else is in the picture. As pointed out, many groups on fab take pics on meets with others..they might not be to your taste, but most of the time fab will catch out those making mistakes, or intentionally posting fake pictures up.
