After reading a thread last night from a lady wishing to go to a club alone and wanting advice and a piece of advice was to make sure to check a guy has not removed a condom during sex. This has concerned me a lot.
If this did happen in a club or elsewhere what crime is it classed as? For instance is it a Police matter? Would the club report it as such?
Interested to hear your views.

Believe it would now be classified as r*pe. If it happened I wouldn't have a clue what a club would do.
If you have been r*ped it would be for you ultimately to report it I guess.
Can't imagine how the police or CPS would deal with it?

I was purely posting this for views and if anyone has experienced it, how rife is it? Maybe a club owner could add a comment.... |

It does happen, a club regular (according to his veries) who i met privately did it to me and i was upset about it but laughed when i saw him slagging off women for having STIs...serves him right if he caught one.
It wasn't illegal when i met him but now it is, i guess mostclubs want to keep a good reputation and so would help prosecute if they could. |

I have been to clubs and not experience this but then I don't go alone I have a swing partner who is exceptionally vigilant. On a fair few occasions though he has had to tell the guys to put a condom on and I think that they wouldn't have even bothered if they hadn't been told. Obviously I would also tell them but again I supposed unless somebody is there watching it's impossible to know if they will take it off.
I have spoken to a couple of guys that have been to clubs many times over the years and I've told me that they have had stories and seen things like this happen. Also a couple of times when we have been to spas that don't provide condoms is amazing how many guys expect sex but don't have any that's why I always make sure I have my own. |

One of the reasons I don’t fuck in clubs. I use it as a social event, sometimes soft play but if I’m doing more than that it would only be with someone I know well and trust. |

I’m watching this thread...quite worrying really. I can tell instantly if a guy has taken his off as the sensations are completely different (otherwise bareback wouldn’t be better!). It’s never happened to me like that before, though...I’ve relented a few times, when I’ve known the guy well and trusted he is clean, but never had it removed without my knowledge.
As others have said, though, I can’t imagine any club not wanting to pursue those who commit infractions. It’s their reputation on the line.

This is pretty shocking and selfish behaviour It does sound quite rare from what people have posted on here but that doesn't excuse it. It might be illegal but prosecution could be difficult so anything the swinging/clubbing community can do to suppress it can only be a good thing. Maybe not giving the guy a good beating, tempting as that might be, but at least make it widely known who does it. Eventually they will be excluded from the community and hopefully have fewer opportunities to be such jerks, other than with a tissue..
