Anyone been secretly filmed on a meet?

I've just had the mis-pleasure of finding that i was being secretly filmed on a meet, i raised the issue after i'd left and they told me they would delete the recording and film themselves doing the deleting. I was pondering going to the police and naming & shaming on here. Has anyone else been in that situation? |

You are very trusting to believe someone who was filming you secretly and without your consent is going to genuinely film themselves deleting the video because they said they would.
Hope they do, but it sounds very unlikely. |

They have sent me a video doing so but they could have made duplicates or whoever else was watching could have recorded it. They confessed that supposedly an ex boyfriend was watching it live.
for all i know they were streaming it around the world and making money from it. |

Don't want to worry you but all that means is that the recording apparatus isn't at the premises anymore and all their other PCs etc have nothing naughty on them.
Firstly I'd make sure I have a copy of all messages you exchanged with them then I'd make a note of the date, time, location, persons present and if possible get hold of their pics/username etc from wherever you originally met them (assuming they haven't already deleted accounts).
You can then hand copies of it to the police if you wish to go down that route as secret filming of sexual activity is illegal.
Then if your "deleted" footage surfaces you can immediately get the wheels turning again.
It's one of the reasons we would only meet on neutral ground (a hotel and in our room). No chance of someone setting up hidden cams etc before hand.
You meet at someone else's accomm (how do you even know if it is their actual accomm?) then anything may have been set up before you get there. |

would still contact the police because whether they've deleted it or not filming you without your permission is against the law and you have the proof because you have the messages and the video of them supposedly deleting it. I would also report them to the site as well. |

This happened to me about 11 months ago. I was with a guy and he'd asked me before we met if he could film and I said absolutely not and he said that was no problem. We met in my home so I felt fairly safe in the fact that obviously no recording equipment etc could have been set up. Unfortunately I wasn't aware at that time that you could film things on SmartWatch if you had the phone with you. I only found out because after we finished we were having a drink he was on his phone and I happen to look over and I could see that he was sending a message with a video attached and I caught a glimpse and it was of what had just happened. He was sending it to his girlfriend who had only given him permission to meet with women If You filmed it but I'm assuming she expect him to get their consent. I made him delete it there and then but obviously I have no idea if it got shared or not. I have no idea about technology so I didn't even know that this was possible but I do now know that you can only do it if you have the phone with you thats connected to the watch. It was very poor quality and to be fair you could barely see anything but it's not the point. |

A moron I had a spontaneous meet with answered his phone mid coitus using facetime to show his pal or something. Rage didn't come close. |

Sorry that happened to you mate. Yes it’s happened to me too - I noticed someone had their MacBook perched on the desk, angled toward the bed, and even though the screen was blank, the light was on next to the camera.
I was so angry I could have kicked their head in. But I just calmly slammed the lid and walked out and photographed their house and door number as I left. I think that was enough to scare them into deleting whatever they had captured. |

We have filmed two meets. One was pre arranged and the guy was told it was a masquerade theme anyway so we would all be wearing those style masks throughout. The other was me using my phone openly to record what candy was getting up to, so it never showed his face. |

As well as reporting them to admin. The site doesn't need those kind of people. We're all here to have fun, not be paranoid about turning up on Pornhub.
Yes, we often film our meets. But it's agreed between all parties prior to the meet being finalised and are always welcome to a copy. Also, it's always agreed that any filmed content is for private home use only.
This using hidden camera's and filming folk without their knowledge or consent is abhorrent behaviour. We're behind the OP 100%. |

I have to agree I doubt they deleted it.
OP let them know if you find out they haven't deleted you may tell their neighbours or worse the press passing on their address. A serious threat may persuade its best to delete it.

I have been filmed several times but with my consent, twice it was by a cameraman with good quality equipment. Sadly never got a copy of it, they were both specific scenarios, I wonder if I'm out there on the net somewhere? |

First ever meet was filmed and put on porn sites, I stalked the couple and found out where they lived, then I told them to take it down or face me writing to their employer which I also traced, they are no longer even on fab. It' illegal and not in the good faith of swingers and privacy. Many film it live and make money on Adultwork.com |

If you didn't consent it is against the law, report them. If you had done it to a woman or couple without their consent they would have gone straight to the police without a doubt. |
