Fake tits seldom appeal to me, especially if they`ve been done just because the female wanted them. The scars are a dead giveaway.
However, if they`ve been done after an operation to remove cancer then it`s something you accept as part of things. My very god friend needed a breast reduction and in her case, things are similar. |

I would try to find the best surgeon you can. Ask around, if possible as other surgeons.

I had mine reduced from a KK They were ridiculous as well as painful. Much more comfortable as a DD now, and can actually buy tops that fit... And ride my horse without threatening to knock myself out! Winner winner! |

He did my reduction, can't fault him.
Brilliant support from his team throughout the whole process, surgery was perfect.
