I find i spend days getting to know someone somtimes weeks really think that sparks there arrange a meet only for there to be a family ermergency an hour before or a breakdown on way to me .this happens probably seven out of every ten meets do this happen to everyone or am i just unlucky |

If they provide a reason for the cancellation ahead of the appointed time - that's no a 'no show' - it's a cancellation.
A 'No Show' can be reported - if they do not appear at the appointed time/place WITHOUT having let you know they cannot make it. |
