Simple question really. I’ve always wondered how far I would go for a meet. I stay just outside Edinburgh and once considered travelling to Leeds for a meet in a hotel.
How far would you go for a meet? |

I have travelled 4235 miles and got a meet, does that count?
I'd set a limit of anywhere within the British Isles for a social and further afield for a guaranteed fuck from a friend. |

I baulked North London - Mid Kent for a real hottie at midnight a few months ago (about 1hr40 minutes drive at that time of night) ...I've no regrets - I hate driving distances more than I like having sex with a hottie. |

if you fancy the meet and vice versa , you have a car ,the money and the time distance shouldnt matter to be honest.
ive done 125 mile drives each way ,no big deal , couple of hours.
if i fancy a beer i book a local hotel.
class it as work saying , your in london next week for work purposes, youll have to stay over ,you going to say sorry to far?
or loook at eddie stobart drivers ,sorry guv ,im not driving edingburgh to leeds ,to far lol.
i recently drove a client stansted to edingburgh as his flight was cancelled (£975)..7.5 hours later,

I'm not sure you understood - I didn't go through with it (I couldn't be arsed to make the drive ...especially bearing in mind it was after midnight when the request came through) |

There are a lot of guys saying they would drive the length of the country for a meet. I would have to be pretty certain that the person was genuine to begin with.
We have turned other couples down who have offered to travel up to Newcastle as we would hate them to travel all the way up here for us to not get on and for us to say no. There would be too much pressure to play. As said before if we know somebody and know we get on then distance is no object. |

We're happy to travel - our issue is time. So we tend to "go big or go stay home". We've done clubs in Manchester and Blackpool on just that basis.
Our search radius is about 80 miles currently (how we search fluctuates and while I could tel you what we do, I'd have to kill you ) , but we are in contact with people considerably outside of that who are definitely in the category of "when, not if" (you know who you are!).
When we message people who are far away, we make a point of saying that we know they are a long way away, and what we could do to fix that. We have had messages from all round the country (well, sometimes!) but unless they do the same for us, I have to say we do tend to ignore them. |

I travel so as long as I knew the person was ligit it would not bother me xx |

For one on one meetings about 25 miles. It generally takes an hour to get ready then maximum of about 45 minutes driving. Then do it all in reverse after the meeting.
I have met in other parts of the country with locals when I'm in there area anyway (work). I do travel countrywide for clubs. Again usually combine a weekend away with something else and a visit to a club |

I do travel for a good club night. VA is 2 1/2 hours away. Although I much prefer it when someone else is driving. Eurekas and Arousals also miles away but an FWB drove both of those.
I have a lovely friend in Leeds and often drive up there to meet him, but that’s not a “meet” (ugh hate that word) he’s someone I met here but we are now good friends. Someone once came out to Amsterdam to meet up with me while I was there for a business meeting.

If you're going to take into account the Blueball Variation then we've also got to consider the number of cock picks on your profile and the expiry date of your oldest condom. I was trying to keep the calculation simple for those who can't do differential calculus. |

If I know the person then miles are really no problem if I don't have to work next day. I normally drive 30 to 40 miles to friends house just for a few hrs then home again. But if it's a 1st time not far unless I have talked on phone and if I can have a coffee meet 1st.so around 5 miles 
Used to clean once a week 60 miles away. But that was a temporary arrangement. |
