All furniture to be easily cleanable, comfortable to be on and adjustable to take a full range of body types.
As this is a fantasy it would actually be a suite of rooms to include
one for rope work, mats on floor, multiple suspension points (electic hoists)
a sex bedroom with a mattress you can actually sleep on, toy cupboards etc, luxurious soft furnishings, en-suite bathroom to include large hot tub and walk in rain shower.
a medical/wet area with a full med play set up

I can add to the already fabulous dungeon described. I would like two rubber play rooms. One to include inflatable and vacuum devices for willing subjects and the second room would be a special dark room inflatable lubed bouncy castle.. entry via a stretch rubber seal.. all persons within would be anatomically identical male or female.. fully enclosed in latex..top to toe.. breathing holes for nose, condom tube for mouth. Identical Enhanced rubber breasts, Rubber cocks and rubber anal tube for all.. no eyes only touch. Find a whole and fuck a whole.. the lube from the room would be used for a mass of rubbery bodies...
