"I just feel so fat. I'm fed up of dieting nothing works. He obviously enjoys me the way I am"
Definitely milf!! Far from fat and hubby adores you, for you, now! He is a very lucky chap!
Anyone who only goes by outward looks is shallow and misses the out on so much. xx |

Rather silly people saying you are not fat, you are, so am I, so what! Our hubby's love us the way we are and that's good enough for me. I don't care what others think and neither should you. Be happy and have fun, no labels required x |

OP, I could be wrong, but in many of your threads, I pick up tinges of a lack of confidence and worth
You need to find those things in yourself, rather than looking to others for affirmation
Compliments are flattering, but we see what we want to
It doesn't matter what we think, it doesn't matter what Hubby thinks, unless YOU love you, these feelings will keep on cropping up |

I'm bigger than you but I don't look for others for validation. I've learnt to love myself, yes I have confidence wobbles at times but then I treat myself to something that I know will make me feel good about myself, whether it's a new lippy or something else x |

From what little I understand about dieting it generally seems a poor route to losing weight because starving the body of calories causes it to store any excess as fat in case of future famine so once one reaches one's target weight and resumes a 'normal' diet all the fat returns. A previous partner did lose many kg with WW and managed to keep it off so it can be done but she has rare willpower and quite probably a lot of luck.
My only positive tip is to eat a lot of soluble fiber. It is a prebiotic which encourages the growth of bacteria that may help regulate weight. Avoid processed foods, I've yet to read anything that suggests that they are anything other than unhealthy. Avoid sugar, it's great for the brain and terrible for the metabolism, and possibly addictive. Exercise is good for one but pretty ineffective for losing weight directly although indirect effects may well help so get a step-counter and aim for the 10,000/day range and stick at it for at least 3 months. Much of the above will probably require lifestyle changes which are probably the hardest part to achieve but sadly other than liposuction there's no quick fix for excess fat.
Having said all that people who are slightly overweight live longer than average! Also, so long as they don't worry about their weight, they are probably happier too.

"you are probably better to ask your dr that question "
And they will say: if you’re unhappy with your weight, eat less and exercise more.
How do I know that? A good friend of mine is a Dr. And that’s her advice... |

"You asked an honest question, your fat. People can troll but it’s the question she asked. Don’t post it your looking for arse licking?"
Please for the love of God, don’t ever call anyone fat on here....
You will be labeled a body shamer and banished from the forums...
What you have to understand is that people are fat for many reasons... it can be medication, gland malfunction, and many other reasons..
The only consensus is that burning more calories with exercise than you take in doesn’t work.... |

I can't see your face to wager whether you are a milf or not. You are a bigger woman, but some men love that. Self confidence comes from within, not from comments on the forums. If you seek validation, you need to work on loving yourself and your curves, not easy, but certainly doable with time. Good luck OP |

Hi OP
I was very overweight until recently at 17.5 stone and a size 22 at my biggest. I'm now down to 12.5 stone and a size 12/14. Took me 10 months of a healthy diet and regular exercise to lose 5 stone. Of course staying fat is far easier than doing something about it and if you like your body then stay as you are, but don't make excuses or fish for false compliments off men on Fab who will feed you with utter bullshit. You're fat and you know that. Men lying about it won't change it, only you can do that. Good luck OP |

There's the answer OP in the 4th sentence
Good luck with dieting - my ex' did it (size 24 down to a 12) stopped eating crap and excersised
Simple really. Just a pity she couldn't be arsed when we were together ha ha |

Sometimes, some things can only be said by a woman to a woman. I personally find any question from a woman to guys asking if she looks fat to be impossibly loaded, and like you said a totally blatant attempt at fishing for compliments and affirmation when probably one already has an idea of the answer inside and is seeking external validation to the contrary. |

Agree - it’s not a question of your looks, or if a milf as more to weight and body proportions that make someone that. Simple fact is your present weight is unhealthy, so regardless of what anyone on here thinks, for your own life expectancy and so you can enjoy being a milf for as long as possible - exercise and a sensible diet(when I say diet that’s not these daft fads - just about eating sensibly - as someone else posted on on here just dieting makes your body go into protection mode and stores fat) |

Yep simple maths...calories in, but not the same amount out..equals fat....if you need some inspiration...more than 10% of the nhs budget goes on type 2 diabetes treatments and it’s effects, over half of those are directly down to people’s lifestyles and obesity...if you add in the percentage of other illnesses, cancer, heart, joint etc that have a weight element of the reason for the condition...then you are at 40%...which makes obesity a bigger drain and primary reason for early death than smoking! In fact obesity is more likely to kill you than smoking all your life.
Whilst we don’t want a society where people are judged by their looks or size, or the so called body shaming, years ago we banned size 0 models...yet as the fat pound is seen as a profitable one, I think it’s equally wrong we normalise obesity, and see shops and advertising deliberately using obese models. |

It's hard to gage as I can't see a face pic. For me sexy is a whole package. I have friends who are large but their hair is always nice....their make up is always done...always go shopping for clothes. Always immaculate. They are always bubbly and good company. They aren't happy about their weight but they just keep trying and get on with it. Always looking nice...smiley happy-sexy Frumpy clothes...fuddy duddy and moaning about being over weight- not sexy x |

If I had to judge you solely on your photos I would not be able to.
For me personality is much more important than looks but to quantify I am a fat ugly middle aged man so I would say that. |

You already know the answer OP, yes some people will find you sexy regardless of your size, but you know you ain’t the weight you should be.
You have tried dieting, well it’s hard to lose weight but like most things you have to put the work in to get the results. So how hard have you tried?
Your getting all these comments saying your sexy and great the way you are, well that’s dangerous, if it makes you go out and have more chocolate, crisps, food then you are doing yourself a disservice.
Go for a run instead.
You are probably a beautiful person, a wonderful lady, funny etc but going by your pictures you are far from your ideal weight.
I wish you well and mean no harm but just giving you an honest answer to YOUR question.
Take care

"You asked an honest question, your fat. People can troll but it’s the question she asked. Don’t post it your looking for arse licking?
Please for the love of God, don’t ever call anyone fat on here....
You will be labeled a body shamer and banished from the forums...
What you have to understand is that people are fat for many reasons... it can be medication, gland malfunction, and many other reasons..
The only consensus is that burning more calories with exercise than you take in doesn’t work....
Hmm I think science would disagree with you
This isn’t science.... this is the Fab forum "
Isn't it just...where everything is fantasy |

"Hi OP
I was very overweight until recently at 17.5 stone and a size 22 at my biggest. I'm now down to 12.5 stone and a size 12/14. Took me 10 months of a healthy diet and regular exercise to lose 5 stone. Of course staying fat is far easier than doing something about it and if you like your body then stay as you are, but don't make excuses or fish for false compliments off men on Fab who will feed you with utter bullshit. You're fat and you know that. Men lying about it won't change it, only you can do that. Good luck OP
Thats a great response and very well done to you as you look fantastic and probably feel it too.
When you're obese, you don't realise how unhealthy you were until after you lose the weight "

If the OP keeps posting the same things it surely means it's bothering her. Slagging her off for starting multiple threads and telling her to diet is pretty shit. There's ways of helping someone feel better and ways to make them feel worse.
