a lot more than £280, but then im single so i probaboly meet a lot more than you, most of the rooms i book i get at a good price thro laterooms, but i have paid normal room prices a few times, with paying towards hotel rooms, going clubs, getting taxis and trains for meets as i dont drive i spend a lot of money on my sex life |

I'm sorry, but if that's simply the room price you're quoting, then I think you need to brush up on your negotiating skills.
For a start, an hotel's Saturday rate should be a lot less than it's weekday night's, and I wouldn't pay those prices for a Travel/Premier Inn during the week!

ive paid as little as £19 for a room in central birmingham getting it tho lateroom, you need to book last min to get them at that price, if i have a meet saturday night i'll go on saturday morning and book it, because its so last min they give them away to get them booked up, ive had a few different ones from less than £25 theres really no need to pay £60/£70+ for a room |

I take advantage of Travelodge's room sale, and booked rooms a few months in advance.
This way, I know I have somewhere that I can meet peeps and have a play.
The downside is wasted rooms as I could not be arsed to arrange to meet people etc... |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Most my hotel meets are free as I travel for work, but of the ones I pay for, I'd say about £100. The room at Chameleons was the most expensive. Etap is v cheap, and Travelodge keeps having very useful sales. |
