How do you find out if someone is a time waster? What do you do if you find out they are time wasters

Arrange a meet. If you're left standing around like a complete tool, because the haven't shown, they're likely a time waster.

Just set up a meeting and don’t show up...

If they don’t show up.... both of you are time wasters

You can't, some of them are very clever people, and quite plausible.

A good guide for us is when we've been stood up, with no explanation and then find ourselves blocked.
