First of all consider the type of harness you’re going to use. They can be fiddly no matter how experienced the user is. My preference is for pegging briefs which are basically knickers with a hole at the front for the dildo to fit through. Holds it snuggly in place.
For a beginner chose a slim dido, maybe around 5 inches in length. Always choose silicone , they last longer.
