I've had a good few meets and I've never had trouble but could see why some guys do. Some guys say their ok with another cock by them but might be saying that just to get their leg over with the lady. I would suggest it's probably more down to the other male not fully being able to get lost in the moment and mentally free. Possibly even more so if he's completely straight.
