I think decorated tastefully. Air conditioning for each room that you can control your self. Plenty lockable play rooms. Lots of clean toilets and lots of showers with a moveable hose so ladies can rinse underneath.
A good dungeon and a few smaller dungeon rooms for private play. A stock of sterilised toys for use in dungeon that you can maybe hire for the evening - paddles, floggers etc |

Funnily enough myself and L were chatting about the things you could do with your own club last night.
One thing i would definitely do is have more variety on the theme nights. Yes we know, it's October so everywhere has to do ghouls and ghosts. But what about something new. Preferably something that can bring people into actual conversation.
Like for example a games night. Get a few tables and some playing cards, maybe cards against humanity and pictionary. Like a retro thing. Strip poker etc. It sounds tame but it would get people actually talking and I guarantee that's the way to see more play |

Decor is a key - it needs to be stylish and enticing. Decent bathroom facilities are essential (and sadly lacking in most clubs). If there is a DJ playing constant drum n bass, then some rooms with good sound-proofing. Not keen on hot tubs - most turn into human soup be the end of an evening (yuk!!) Themed rooms, dungeons, public and private spaces.. Lots of variety. A club should be erotic and exciting. Breeze block walls with a few rubber mattresses just doesn’t cut it for us... |

Think the location would be the biggest thing to consider. Somewhere secluded and perhaps with a multi function. Perhaps a remote-ish farm with a dedicated comfortable barn. Also a large barn where cars can park for dogging or maybe like an American drive in movie place. |

Take a leaf out of some of the Euro clubs book.
We visited a club in Belgium, 80euro a couple, all drinks and food included, they had a separate restaurant with an impressive buffet, proper food not the brits idea of a buffet. Dj playing good music, the place was packed and apparently is every weekend.
It put our clubs to shame. |

Restrict people to 2 visits per month maximum to encourage an all inclusive atmosphere and no clique, something that’s sadly missing in most clubs at the moment, no alcoholic drinks served after 11pm, to cut down on the d*unks and to encourage play. |

Also think a big thing would be lots of cheap clean and warm over night accommodation so people can go drink and stay over night because Most clubs are either a long drive away or people don’t like idea of eating cabs to hotels from swingers clubs!
We stay in motor home in car park for some but it limits where we go and if could just drive car and stay for reasssmble cost it would allow us to go further |
