I have a PA piercing.
Doesn't take a long time to heal to be fair but initially it can be a little bit smelly lol so good hygiene is essential.
In the beginning It enhanced sensitivity profoundly but as with all things over the years I have become desensitized to it so now it just feels normal.
A lot of women hate the idea of it so will rule you out for meets immediately whist other women can be very intrigued and enthusiastic about trying it.
Mostly it is liked by those who try however you do need to ensure that's there is plenty of lubrication as it can rub and cause irritation if not.
I have never had a condom break because of it and for those that don't like it, it can be removed in a matter of seconds. |

I have a pa piercing. Like another poster has already explained, some like it and some don't and it is easily removed to keep everyone happy.
I find it's a good conversation opener as many people are intrigued by it. The first question is usually, "did it hurt". The actual piercing didn't really hurt much at all. The subsequent stretching to enable larger rings to be worn was more painful, and even then wasn't that bad, more slightly uncomfortable than painful but soon passes.
Have thought about getting other piercings but not got around to it yet. |

I've had a pa for over 20 yrs... it was a brutal procedure and when I got home I passed out... but my question for the ladies is; vertical or horizontal hood piercing? I've been given the choice but obviously I want to make the right one  |

I also used to wear a PA ring. I back up what the other chap said. Definitely about the loss in sensitivity. But I will also add that if you a very active sex life /wank often. It tends to rub a lot.
And the biggest thing is that you will have to learn to pee all over again. Or you wil be spraying your own trousers. and the chap next to you. |

I use to have my nose, tounge, lip and left nipple done, but had to take them out when I went in the Army, since then had my nipple redone.
Have been toying with geting either my tounge or lip done again. Tho I don't know if I can do 7 days on liquid food of I had my young done again |

Stupid question maybe, but are body piercings similar to ear piercings in that they close over without jewellery, or are you stuck with the holes? |

You're mostly left with a hole on the outside. Depends how long it's been done |
