Maybe it's just me who feels this way, but I find it frustrating that many guys on here say they love bigger girls, but when "on a night out" nearly all guys don't show any interest, act in a rude way or recently in my own experience, are being cruel.

I think if the woman is confident she is sexy no matter what size she is. Some friends are curvy and to be fair they’d look ridiculous if they were a skinny mini. It’s how the woman feels about herself.

I think you have got it there, self confidence does attract with me and I would think with most men too. Believe me,it’s even worse when you’re an overweight man. I find it sometimes goes the other way though. I personally like the fuller figure myself but on a few occasions when out and about and I have tried to start a conversation with such a girl and have been met with quite a frosty reception along the lines of "just as I'm big doesn't make me easy". I'm a guy and I like being a guy and I like hanging out with guys. In all my years of life, I can only recall one conversation where a guy spoke up and said that he preferred larger women. Preferred being the critical word there. Anyway, the point of the story was that he wasn't mocked at all. I don’t think body shaming (of any build) is acceptable, but I think it cuts both ways. I’ve come across some profiles on here from BBW women that specify thin men only, so their acceptance of a larger body size for themselves isn’t reciprocated for their partners.

It’s also interesting to compare the BBW topic of this thread to the issue of height for men - a good mate of mine is 5”4 and has been openly mocked over the years by women in bars and nightclubs etc. So much so that he now as a major complex about it and is unable to form relationships, platonic or otherwise, with women.

Well it depends on what kind a guy you pick up to spend a night out. In my case i was with someone for 2 years and she was a curvy female as i dont like to give a label to women as in BBW sounds bit rude and cheap lol !!

Are these the same guys ? No.. that's their preference,

rude behaviour you can find in many different areas of life and there's no need .

I couldn't say if there's any correlation between online and offline likes dislikes of different body shapes sizes.

There have been threads asking if the attention ladies receive on here skews their views. Maybe fab has skewed your expectation.

Personally speaking. Couldn't give a monkeys what people think, either on fab or outside. I ask you all if being with a lady of any size bothers you because of what your mates think you deserve to spend your time on fab tugging it because you can't get a real women. Fat. Thin. Average.
