If they're to use on partners I personally would only use mild soap which was thoroughly rinsed off to avoid upsetting the ph balance of her vagina.

You can to wipe them down but you should really wash them properly with some detergent before putting them away.

Detergent wtf, do you dip your mans cock in that before putting it away as well, what’s this fascination with toys being any dirtier than a cock I dread to think what you all do with them.

Either buy a proper toy cleaner there are many on the market or just don’t be so grim and wash it properly with warm soapy water.....sigh

I wouldn't use a toy cleaner again for the same reason I wouldn't use it on a guy's cock. Mild soap is my cleaner of choice.

You get wipes for toys from places like Ann Summers but I dont see the problem in using some soap and hot water to kill off any bacteria before you put the toys away
