21 black socks (left over from an orgy) and 13 white socks and you put them in a bag, without looking how many would you have to take out to ensure you had a pair of the same colour?

It's 3, once three are pulled you have to have a pair of the same colour. You either have 3 blacks, 3 whites, 1 black and two whites, or one white and 2 blacks |
