A nice refreshing saint Clements cocktail. Simple bitter lemon and fresh orange juice over ice. That is my hangover cure of choice. However some of my old shipmates preferred clamato juice. Tomato and clam juice. !!! |

A pint of water before you go to sleep always helps. I also have a bottle of water to every 3 drinks which stops me getting stupidly d*unk and lessens the hangover. Dilute Dilute Dilute! |

Snorkelling - The cool water around your head is very soothing and looking at all the fish distracts you from the pain - only downside is it only works on holiday  |
