Often the messages I receive are from silhouette profiles with zero pictures or the odd one of your boob's .. little or no effort in the message 'hi' .. 'hot pics' and often will fill in later..
Why would a guy meet someone who'd made so little effort ? |

Haha legend. I saw the other thread. It's a touch hypocritical to say guys don't bother when the amount of male profiles on her Trump all other including female, ff, mm and TV/TS. The more profiles the more bland types you will get but that label really doesn't do all profiles justice.

I make an effort (don't go by what's up now, it needs a serious revamp).
I used to meet often and regularly. Now I don't. In both situations, 90% of guys messaging me hadn't read the profile, anyway, so I really wonder why I bother. I still do though (which reminds me it's time to be off to make my current profile sound a little less bitchy, I think). |

When you say hungry.. those that message silhouette profiles with zero info I'd say desperate .. That maybe the case.. they might be the guys nobody wishes to meet. The guys who they might wish to meet just swipe left and go to the next one the profile that has had effort and some substance. |

If someone is getting tons of attention and their profile has little or no information and pics, wouldn’t you, if it was your profile, think, maybe these people will fuk anything, are not really interested in me/us and are desperate? |

I reckon there should me a minimum number of characters you have to enter as your profile text before you’re able to save it
Always love a good profile which clearly effort has been put into.
Unfortunately, it’s double standards (like with a lot of fab) and women simply don’t need to put as much effort in.
However, nobody’s forcing ya to meet the folk with shit profiles. I’ve met a man with a shit profile and he was alright  |

If attention ie views messages without any info I'd be suspect of the reason. As I said up there the folk who'd message a blank profile are likely the desperate that you'd not wish to meet. If all I'm wanting is 'attention' maybe ..if I'm wishing to meet like minded folk they need to have some info. |

I read one yesterday that was a person on the top fabbed pictures I had not seen before. Literally every word of it was visciously negative and it was quite long. Basically specified everything she doesn't like about men, without saying a single thing about what she does like - or heaven forbid why anyone would want to meet her!

Look at it this way.
When Joe Bloggs who is Accrington Stanley's reserve left back things he could play at a higher level, he'll be sending round carefully edited videos to clubs and getting his agent to ring round clubs saying how great he is. If he's lucky Tranmere Rovers may show a bit of interest.

Simple answer is I probably wouldn't meet someone that made so little effort OP - although because women don't *have* to make an effort on here to get attention that is the reason *some* women don't and if one approached me who had written an interesting message that piqued my interest despite having a limited profile then I *may* chat to them further but it would have to be a blooming good message!!
Ultimately though it's the fundamental difference between men and women on here - men mostly *have* to make an effort of some kind (profile, pics, forum presence, attending socials etc) if they want to meet - women mostly don't have to with their profile as they will get attention - now whether it's the right kind of attention is another matter.
I've said it before but I actually think there's less of an imbalance between single men and women profiles on here if you take out the fakes, wannabes, people that don't get the site, or have the right approach and expectations of it etc - and those that are left generally go happily about their Fab business quietly and without fuss having a great time |

If we see ANY profile, that being male, female or couple.. and there profile doesn't have at least a profile picture and something in there information. Then we just don't bother with them. If they can't be bothered to fill it in. Then that to us tells us alot. And we ain't interested anyway. |

They simply don't have to because the m to fem ratio is about 40 to 1. And males will contact a fem with no pic or profile. |
