I have been with many tight and others not so tight. I have found that allot of the time a woman feels not so tight she is over lubricated and you don't get quite the same sensation. I can feel tighter or looser with the same man.
I have been doing my pelvic floor exercises for over a year now, but don't know if they have made a difference.
The amount of natural lubrication inside a vagina cuts down on friction and makes a difference.
According to my gynaecologist I have a moderate vaginal muscle grip-on a scale of 1 to 4 I was a 3.
