You could if you choose but as he is her boss he would have far more control over the situation than you. He may even offer her more than you can offer and she could be off!

Apart from the fact that she will be spending almost as much time with him as she does with you , and that the fact that they have already snogged ( so she says ) , means they will do what they want anyway .
