Guys either chickening out or doing a runner seems to be a common occurance if you read these forums.

be a wee bit cautious with hotels - lots of people going into one room and lots of noise can attract the managers attention - especially in the daytime.
bigger hotels with bigger rooms are better. anything over an mmmf in a travel lodge can be a bit risky - thin walls - noise travels etc |

What we do advertise and invite about a week before, chat breifly on phone etc, if we say MMMMMF then we would invite over ten.
We have had a few guys running off and the follow up from them its there first time and they feel very intimedated by my height in my heels etc, and they have they realy never thought this thing realy goes on, so if its there first time dont expect to much from them not all the guys want to get there cock out as soon as the door opens. To be perfectly honest I had no idea what to expect and thats why I thought planning it for when we are going to be at a club would be easier.
I am still a bit nervous myself about how many guys and what to allow - yes i know its my body but I feel there needs to be ground rules before anything happens.
We also have the problem of himself being bi curious which does seem to put alot of people off even when explained if this does go ahead he will not be taking part just watching.
Maybe I just need to relax a bit before really planning it!!!

It is something that I have been thinking about a lot recently and not because he wants me to!!
I would never do anything because he wants to see me do it - I know thats not what you meant hun but I feel I need to clear that up. . .
The reason I was thinking about it was we have 3sums loads and now I want more !!

I have been involved in a gang bang in a private house setting. Every guy was invited and vetted by the guy who organised it, he didn't really play much.
