Known a few women that have/do and yes you can feel the difference. There's a few different devices but I can only say they do help you grip when you want.

I've had two partners, one who did them and one that didn't; both had had two kids. Yes I can honestly say pelvic floor exercises get a thumbs up from me...that's if I can fit them inside

I had physio to teach me how to do them properly.

No one has commented that gets to feel them regularly that I've changed.

I have one of the electric/battery powered kegal exerciser, can definetly tell a difference when I use it.
