Because they get a perverse thrill out of it in some way or another - for some it's about the attention they get, for some it's an ego boost, for others it's probably a sick game.
Thing is while there are desperate men around that jump at the merest sign of attention they'll continue to get away with it - with a little common sense and taking time over arranging meets they're easily avoided.
Google Reverse Image and Tineye are both handy tools to them out too - was one recently that had been on page one of Hot Pics and was very popular around the forums, all of whoms pics were borrowed from another site - profile is now UNLOS but the user appears to be back with another one using different pics from the same site  |
