Yes. It can add another dimension to you sex life and the pursuit of carnal knowledge.
Plenty of stuff on the net about the theory and practice...or if you know people who are au fait with the tantric arts you can bypass the research on the net |

I'm open to all types of alternative sexuality so when a hot and well verified chap offered a tantric massage, thought why not?
He explained everything, we did all the breathing and eye contact stuff then he started to massage me. About 5 minutes in, I touched his willy and he came all over my tits
Not what tantra is about is it?
Poor chap was so embarrassed, he deleted his profile, never to be seen again! |

Lol sounds like an interesting encounter but that is not what most people would class as tantric |

Yes, have been getting into this over the last couple of years and have had some magical experiences between the two of us.
As with any mindfulness type activity, be it yoga, meditation etc, the difficulty is switching into it whilst leading a busy life - almost the more you need it the less you can do it. It's different from "real" sex or "sexy sex". There is less urgency, less focus on orgasm, more togetherness. There doesn't even need to be an erection involved.
How did we start? Couple of books and an open mind. |
