Possibly for some - as JessicaXY mentioned, I'm sure it's a boost to the ego. I don't think there's anything wrong with that if both viewer and viewed get a little joy from it.

There are actually quite a few profiles that explicitly state "not meeting" or something similar.
Many of them also explain *why* they are not meeting which would seem to answer the original question too, in a lot of cases. That's where I drew my alternative answer from.

Surely Fab is here to be used as people want to use it and it isn't for the rest of us to question why - we all have our own reasons.
As a couple we rarely prearrange meets. We much prefer the excitement and spontaneity of having sex with total strangers in clubs without the long build up, exchanges of messages and possibilities of no-shows. That's just our "thing". Perhaps sone wonen feel the same. |

I don't plan to meet anyone anytime soon. Thw majority of emails I get have put me off. They seem to want instashag and be far more interested in their needs than mine. Quite frankly if I'm going to be someone's hotel company as they pass through for work I'd want paid for it!
Sometimes though, someone catches my attention and if they don't put me off or seem out of my league i may be tempted. |

Some people like to know that they are meeting verified genuine site users who meet others and maybe are reluctant to meet someone who has met 1 person over a year ago which is understandable as well as those which are all cam too. |

How do you know that's all they are interested in? I've read many threads about the girls that make hot pics and usually those words vain and narcissistic are thrown around at some point. I didn’t want verifications for the first 8 months of being here. I found sexual ones a bit distasteful etc. I had met many and asked not to send one. Then I went to a social with loads of people and now have many but they weren’t sexual meets so I was happy to display them. I have now hidden them again. |

So fab is an open forum with one or two low hurdles that you have to step over to get involved and that leaves it wide open to pretty much anyone to sign up. Me I have been here off and on over the past six years and during that time I have had a number of profiles (only one at a time mind) I have lost veris and as a result I don’t get taken seriously and am blocked by a few women. The point I am making is that we are all allowed to use fab however we wish and if I just want to flutter about in the forums and post the occasional picture why is that any different to what those top 10 girls are doing? It’s all about getting what you need from the site and not expecting to be entitled to anything more than that. |
