When a profile is blocked by whoever neither can see each other’s profile (if that makes sense) of course the one who blocked can unblock and view IF the other person has not blocked as well  |

Not sure about the desktop site but on mobile if you click on the profile though utters you you’re blocked the menu options on the profile are still available or you to report the profile and then counter block it |

If they are in your hotlist or you have sent or received any messages you can see them but a search will not find them again if that makes sense |

Where I've counterblocked people I can click on them from my block list and the option is there to report user. |

You don’t need to see the profile. When you click through to their profile and get the ‘this profile is not available, ‘ etc message, the menu options that include the block and report options are still available to you. On the app this menu is at the top left. Counterblocking can be useful as it removes their option to unblock and stalk you at their convenience or the possibility of unblocking, sending you a crappy message and then reblocking you. |
