Largest as an actual plug is a Square Peg, Mega Milk It. It is sold as length 5 1/2?, Circ 7? but the circumference is a bit misleading as it is an odd shape.
I also have a 60mm diameter clone of the MEO 24/7 Stretching Ring.

In you local friendly high st pet store, they have a range of dog toys called Kong. Look up the website. Different sizes for different abilities. Iv had the xl a few times. Its about 90mm at its widest. |

Might be strange question but on the dog toy up the butt topic, might retrieval be a problem if you factor in lube and distraction due to pleasure factor ... fingers slip off, butt does what butts do (insert wet slurpy trapdoor shutting noise ) now what ? Do you attatch something to it in case of this or is the potential a&e visit and subsequent forceps part of the frisson ? |

You can have a line attached as there is a hole at either end. But I've never needed it. The size of the xl is sufficient that its not going anywhere higher than the rectum. You then push it out or use your finger to hook it out if you think you need to. But the xl isn't for beginners or anyone that doesn't know about large insertions. I'm thinking of getting a set of stainless steel boules. They're a good size and about 750g each. I should just manage two.  |

Its not so much the size of them (though they aren't exactly small!), its the weight. I've heard heavily weighted insertions can feel very pleasurable. Also as they're steel, they're good for temperature play. |

I can understand that, I've a steel plug ,the ones with the gems in. It's definitely more noticeable when upright than a normal plug, the weight certainly adds something to it. |
