"What does actually define as a time waster"
Google says ‘If you say that someone or something is a time waster, you mean that they cause you to spend a lot of time doing something that is unnecessary or does not produce any benefit.’
But - in regards to fab, I would class it as someone who arranged to meet you then stood you up |
