I got offered it, but never had it. After all the pain at the time after the op, they went in through the abdomen. I wasn't offered it again when going through radiotherapy. |

In my case they gave me the implant at the same time (also through the abdomen) - I'm not sure I would have gone for a 2nd operation... |

Thats what put me off, it was cad enough the first time. I think I was a bit pre occupied with the cancer side of things. |
