Do doms feel like they are being judged by other, more experienced doms? Maybe on the way that they interact with their sub or other clubgoers?

Maybe a little but being new to it and still learning possibly my insecurity rather than anyone else having an issue or judging.

Most doms seem to offer friendly advice and guidance if you accept your lack of experience.

There are some massive egos on the fet scene but these are very much in the minority and most I;ve found don;t judge and are willing to offer advice and guidance.

That said I do find the arrogant know it all newbie Doms (or even more laughably Masters) who are new to the scene, know almost nothing but think that they know everything get mocked, but they do tend to bring it on themselves

This is so true.

It always makes me laugh when I get messages from arrogant Dom’s basically bugging themselves up and putting down any other Dom. You can just tell they’re new to it and not that experienced at all from their first message.

Now that's a good question

I am dominate sexually and like to be in control of what me and my sexual partners do - my dominance is purely sexual

Then again being bisexual, I can/do "switch" and enjoy being subservient, so in some way the greed of being Bisexual, follows through

Would I feel threatened by another Dom in same room, don't know , its never happened so far

Where I go .the experienced Dom's always try to help any newbie .they don't judge . if the newbie won't take anything on board or think they know best thats their problem . on the whole the bdsm scene is non judgemental

I have always found that in a pure fetish situation munches or events more experienced people whether doms or subs to be helpful. I really appreciated the help I received with whip cracking last month at O&I.

I think matters become trickier in a sexual context.

Actually from my experience and discussions with other tops and doms the bigger issues are with newbie dommes.
