But..When u know u gonna b indulging in a session which involves plenty fucking...

but also hopefully ..lots of anal play...N even perhaps finally wanna try fisting anally also

Might sound bit weird/random... but OBVIOUSLY u want b as clean as poss can up there- for both of sakes!!

So...do any of u have ideas/tips/suggestions please.. of wot best way/works best...

I'm going to guess your big issue is about being anally clean, in which case a good douche will help.

Plenty of advice / supplies available online, so have a bit of a Google session.

I'd also suggest a tonne of lube and rubber gloves too if you're really going to town

Unscrew shower head

Take hose in hand and turn shower on

Sit on the edge of bath and using hose force as much water as possible into your colon

Allow stream of water and any solids to empty from arse

Repeat until when you fart you sort of gush

Wipe

Chase bits of shite down plug with hose

Press really hard on big ones they should squeeze through - like barber shop playdoh

Wash hands

In bleach
