They are great, however the circulation pump has gone on ours and the after sales from bestway is dreadful, been nearly three weeks and we still aren’t getting anywhere.

I had the opposite when one the plastic seam welds went on my tub, all they asked for was a photo of the failure and serial number, brand new tub arrived 2 days later, this was 13 months after I had purchased it as well.

The warranty is 18 months, we have had ours 12 months, I get the feeling they are playing until the warranty runs out.

So with the peso type of spas can you keep using them year round? Are they comfortable to sit in?

That shouldn’t matter, don’t they have to honour the date of the claim ?

Closer than you think

If any one needs help with a lazy Spa pump drop us a message here or PM

Circulation pump error E02 especially common and maybe able to save you £££ that the customer support try to get off you for new pumps!!

Got the lay z spa hawaii hydrojet pro and I love it. Having the hydrojet rather than just the air jet makes it feel like a fixed spa. The next one I want to get is the new wooden style one that can be used year round

Often great deals on these, so they're worth waiting for, if there's no urgency

They're quite shy really -you have to put in all the work and there is never any reciprocation.

Layzspa Monaco was the one to go for. It's inflatable but semi rigid (very rigid 7 psi) and 2 metres in diameter so plenty of room

I don't think they make it anymore but you can still get them. They have replaced it with a very similar one that has wood effect printed on the outside and can be used all year round if your electricity bills permit

Isn't the surround with storage usually referred to as the rest of the house?

Is that the rattan surround? I looked at them but mines square. I'm looking at ways to Insulate mine to keep it cheaper to run and to find ways to use it all year round

The E02 error just needs the filter to be changed or cleaned

Or the water filter pump is dead, or the water flow switches have stuck or you have blockages within the pipes...

the inflateable ones are very good value for money,

they are not as good as a fiberglass fixed one but do the job,

given that you can get one for £300 if it only lasts a year you can buy a new one every year for 10 years to cover the same amount a fixed one cost at an average of £3000,

also if you buy a new fixed one and it goes wrong they can be very expensive to fix,

inflateable ones are the way to go plus easy to dismantle store and move around

We love ours and found that cold temperatures haven't affected it up to now.. We gambled on leaving it out when the weather changed... Although it wasn't out in the snow it did withstand temperatures of below zero without a problem.. We built a insulated box to house the pump to stop it freezing inside x

We have a Vegas. Love it. Used the rigid ones and much prefer the inflatable.

Best part of having one is having a social. Usually ends in play.

We have one one of the lazy spa inflatable ones, have only had it a couple of months now and love it, was originally looking at one of the permanent fixed ones with the shaped seating but so glad we didnt as this one is so roomy for “fun times”

Ours is inflatable . we love ours . Its been used loads over the summer but looking forward to putting the gazebo back up for some privacy

Lots of fun quite expensive in the colder weather tho (£15-£20 for the weekend ) so wont be running it constantly plus theres lots of stuff u need to buy like chemicals and filters and test strips its not a cheap hobby really
