Any reason it’s got to be missionary? If kneeling isn’t comfy, I’d just suggest laying on your front or either side with a knee bent. The chap can manoeuvre himself to suit  |

Prop a pillow under your bum to raise your hips. Then he can either hook his elbows under your knees or over his shoulders. If you like toe sucking you can bring your knees up and plant your feet on his chest/shoulders.

You do need to make sure that the bum is hanging over the edge of the pillow.
