What is there to moan about ?

It strikes me that there are a lot of people on this site that like to whinge , particularly single men .
As a single male I don't get as many meets as a couple or single lady but this site is free !
I think it's a fantastic improvement on the old contact mags etc .
Anyone else think people should stop moaning and realise how much things have improved and how lucky we are ? |

You make a valid point and I agree, it is a great site.
It is how you use the site that is the key to great times.
As for the moaners, no they should continue.... it helps with the deselection process.

will you just sush... you will have certain people coming back saying "oh woe is me"..... 
the glass is always half empty in their world....... 
i think some people think they are "owed" and have expectations that are way above what is the reality of swinging... and then complain..... |

Very true , I have seen it from both sides as I played as a couple with my ex for five years and it was always single men that got nasty when they were politely rejected . Almost as if you should just say yes to anyone because it's a swinging site .
It. Can be difficult for single men but why make it worse ? It's supposed to be fun after all ! |

While I do agree with the post, there are some little points tho...there are posters who do sometimes favor couples and single female posters.I have seen the exact same post from men being torn to shreds and their counterparts receiving pretty much supportive commentary.
Timewaster/no-show threads being one particular post type that this occurs on frequently.
I have a continued love and appreciation at the friends I have met via fab, and those I've not met, so I have no reason to whingemoan etcetc |

Outrageous idea but singles should be vetted for their (and my) own good.Someone said in a forum that this is where you can live out your fantasys. Well I know I'm no ones fantasy male but suppose some guys won't or can't accept that and get a little bitter. Need to look at ourselves and compare with the guys who seem to get meets every week and see how you stack up. Not saying you won't ever get one but be realistic,it could be a while or never. |

I think if you have the right attitude and are reliable you are much more likely to be successful on here .
It's not just about looks .
I have in the past been treated appallingly by some couples but by the same token I'm sure plenty of couples have been treated badly by single men .
Best way is to accept the game as it is and just have fun .
If it stops being fun then don't do it anymore .

Er no it isn't , the thread is about me wondering how many people agree with me that we are lucky to have this site !
I have been other sites in the past and in my opinion this is the best one and it's free !

People just sometimes feel the need to let off steam..who cares really. Without moaning and debate forums would be almost empty. Doesn't bother me at all....why should it. Posts that annoy...I just ignore. Love moaning sometimes..lol
Ps...paddy I feel more abused than loved and appreciated.

The site itself isnt what makes it, its the people that populate this bit of cyber world that make this a fantastic place... I consider myself fortunate to have met some wonderful people, I hope to meet more, I don't expect anything that way I can't be disappointed...
To those that moan ( not in pleasure) you can choose to continue to do the same things or you can change something about you, no guarantees that changing will result in success, to do the same things over and over and expect different results is a definition of insanity  |

I too believe survival is the fittest, and the moaners and groaners will make those who are self-starters with positive outlook and mental attitude stand out more. |
