Has anyone stayed at a Campanile Hotel (Birmingham) ?

Can my guests access room without key card. Is it easy to pass reception etc ?

most campaniles ..well everyone I've stayed in.. the reception is usually separate from the room access . but you need a card to access the corridor to the rooms..
