there is one in huddersfield (empire cinimer) but it looks a dingle little whole in the wall we have never felt comfortble in going, visiting the shop is bad enough (good collection of films though)
as far as I am awere there are lots of gay men who go and not many couples. |

Actually we've heard very good reports about the Empire in Huddesfield, though not tried it ourselves.
If you go to a cinema, you must be prepared to organise and keep lots of guys under control. If you tell them clearly exactly what you'd like them to do, there is never a problem.
I can never understand those girls who complain they're surrounded by an army of guys - you go to a cinema precisely because that's what you enjoy!

Must admit the cinema thing wasn't for us and the other couple we went with. Now bi-guys are just not our thing at all and to be honest it was full of gay/bi men. Now each to their own but straight male couples should consider this before they go and then it won't shock them in the same way it did us and the other couple we went with.
The majority of the guys were animals and didn't know what "no" mean't, one even had to be slapped off the stripper as he kept grabbing. The same happened with both us and our friends in the short space of time we were there.
The club itself was the main gripe, dirty, smelly and well past it's sell by date. Most of the guys inside looked like they signed the sex offenders register.
The toilets were something else and we won't even describe it, disgusting is too mild a word.
All in all we lasted 40 minutes and had to leave as we all felt physically ill, we aren't wussy but went home to shower and change.
An experience is the best way to describe it, the saving grace is the staff were pleasant. Avoid. Never felt so turned off in all our lives. |
