Am I in the wrong blocking people who reply to my initial contact with a not interested. Or delete my message without reply. Only asking because a friend on here told me a few were not happy about it. Cheers Andy |

I think it makes sense to block users who've made it clear they're not interested. It saves you wasting your time viewing/messaging people who don't want to meet you.
Why would you worry what people who aren't interested think? If they've declined your invite, or deleted your message without reply I dont see how they'd be offended. |

Our block list is HUGE. Some dont put the correct subject header when sending a message. Others send revolting pictures and assume we will fuck anyone and everyone, certainly not the case. First ilpressions count, a lot of hot guys have wasted their chance in meeting us. |

People should read the profile and write the correct subject header. We get 100s of messages from guys daily so usually a way to see who has taken time to find the key word to send to us to get our attention, s out the guys who just message without reading what we are looking for. |

It’s up to you if you are happy to close doors. We are automatically saying no thanks to everybody at the moment, but another time another place, we may well be in a position to play with someone we originally rejected. Or our paths might cross at a club. People’s circumstances are fluid, and sometimes it’s fruitful to play the long game.

I can’t believe anyone would put up a status that says “So ‘n So just blocked us” - naming and shaming isn’t allowed. This thread makes sod all sense.

I've just had to block a young guy that again "couldn't be arsed " to read our lies/dislikes etc GRRRRR!!
Then after the telling him 3 times that NO!! I don't do Anal sex on a 1st meet,
Continued to ask "can I cum up that sexy ASS?"
BLOCKED!! ...then the immature sod immediately posted publicly "with my user name" that I'd rudely blocked him WFT!!!????

No, You are not wrong in blocking. We don't as long as they are respectful as we are in saying no. If they then block us, so what? You just told them no so no big deal..
Same thing when going to look at a profile & you can't because you for whatever reason are blocked.

I block for a whole host of reasons. No manners, dullness, my fave at the min is blocking guys who think the only criteria that matters is proximity..."We're really close, fancy a fuck?"

Who gives a monkeys what a blocked person thinks?
We block people we are never going to want to meet. It's a way of clearing out the chaff. It's no reflection on them as people. They're just not what we're looking for. No sweat.
If they don't like being blocked that's their issue to deal with, not ours. |

no there nothing wrong with that but some people do block without a reason which is hash in a way but i do not beleive in blocking people because everyone has the right to have fun in life  |

I totally agree 100% yes!! Brilliant idea...To actually "mention a member by user name (is totally out of order and surely against site rules!!)
I had no option but to ask friends to check to see if he'd taken my name off his Status header,as he blocked me!! and so had noway of actually finding out "if" my user name was "STILL" on his profile !!
Personally "naming " and "Shaming"soooo PUBLICLY should "never be allowed" at all x

We can block someone just from something they post on here, we see it as a safety net, ensuring that we don't accidentally end up chatting to someone who has been bragging about drxgs or fantasies about sxx with family members, just another useful filter really.  |

Of course not. In someone's not interested then blocking is a great way to stop yourself accidentally trying to contact again and becoming a pest.

Nah, there’s nothing wrong with that mate. Any girl who doesn’t go for men based on your colour, who has deleted your message after reading it or has showed no interest, just block ‘em to save time. Same standards applies to the ladies as well.
