Netflix Explains Monogamy

I just found this video on YouTube and it makes a lot of sense.

I think it's cool that the subject of non-monogamy is becoming more mainstream.

I hope more people will learn to love themselves and others more fully without possessiveness and jealousy and without fear and coersion.

Have you seen it? What do you all think?

I should point out that there is one glaring error in the video: "Love" is not a feeling; it's a decision to give to others or order to meet their needs (including gracefully recieving gifts). There are 7 kinds of love (all with greek names) and 5 ways to express love (cf 'love languages'), but love is not a feeling.

Also, as an aside, there is a key distinction to be made between a 'feeling' which is what is alive in us now, and an 'emotion' which is a past feeling (e.g. I may feel sad now because I am emotional thinking about a happy time in the past).

Over to you!
