All fairly new to this but would love to start off by going to a club, just would like someone to go with haha, any tips on meeting people in the same situation |

Go on your own, but set up a couple of social meets at the club in advance so there will be a couple of friendly faces there. If you’re not confident enough to go to a club on your own it’s hard to imagine you’ll be confident enough to enjoy playing in a club.
Go expecting to have a look round and get a feel but not to play.
Check whether you need to apply for membership in advance as a single guy, and WHETHER they are currently accepting single guys.
Check the calendar for special events on the night you are going.
Remember to check the bar policy. Lots of clubs are BYOB. Take condoms and something to offer your potential meets (drink, not a body part).
Relax and have fun. They are, in my limited experience, friendly and straightforward places. I hope you have fun! |

Have you considered a special event? Lists are circulated in advance on the forums so you can make contact with people before you go and the whole thing is more of a known quantity.
If you using the club partner idea as a tool to lure a woman, and I’m not suggesting you are, but some do, be aware that we are VERY sceptical of these invites. It reduces the cost to a bloke to go as a couple, women might not wish to be committed to being with one person, and ....confidence is sexy. |
