I think they look good when a lot of thought and artistic vision has gone into them. With a sleeve for example, to me they should have a few focal points that ‘pop’ and the rest should be a secondary thought.
See so many people with sleeves and you literally have to spend a few minuted analysing it to even know what is in it. If it’s all a mashup and no one thing stands out over others it’s not very nice in my opinion. I just feel like a little bit more time and effort could’ve been put in by the person considering it’s a form of art and expression I just can’t see how it’s expressing anything if it’s all just one big story less mix of clouds and whatever else is crowbarred in there which isn’t very visible.
You can easily distinguish those who take it seriously and have the placement correct. It’s like a story, you kind of want some form of order when you’re reading it. |
